I had the very best experience with Optional Removals having to pack and remove to storage my entire house contents.
The whole team were experienced and professional. They turned up on time and worked tirelessly to carefully sort, wrap and pack everything I owned in preparation for returning two days later to load their vehicles and then drive to a much cheaper storage facility well outside London where they again used their considerable experience to fill the single storage unit efficiently so that everything fitted inside comfortably.
I really can't recommend the work ethic of Pawel and his team highly enough.

This was the easiest move I have ever done! Moved from a second floor to a third floor flat in two different areas and the move was smooth, seamless and fast. Everything was taken good care of. Would definitely use the service again.

Optimal moved us from Nine Elms to Ealing: everything went great. They arrived early after confirming it was ok with us, and were very careful to pack our things, much of which was heavy stuff, and all of which arrived in perfect condition. We moved to a 3rd floor apartment with no lift and the guys helped us carry our heavy stuff up all the stairs. It was a very easy move as a result. Thanks you Optimal!

Pawel and his team packed up and moved our family of 5 in SW London. No lift and up a really steep stairs they didn't complain once, were such nice guys, hard workers and couldn't have been more professional. By far the best movers we've used.

Absolutely brilliant. We've used Pawel and his team 6 times over a 12 year period and have never had any reason to complain about even the smallest thing. Our recent move from a second floor flat (with incredibly steep, seemingly never ending stairs) to a first floor maisonette (more stairs!) was completed in a little over 3 hours. The team have turned up on time on every occasion, have always taken great care with handling our stuff and are a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely continue using Optimal Removals and have also recommended them to many friends.
