Charges begin when the removal van arrives at the address that you have provided us. We also insure all goods during transit up to a value of £10,000, to further ease your mind.
You should be aware of some additional charges that your removal and transport may incur. Between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on weekdays, there will be a £15 surcharge on trips that require travelling through the Congestion Charge Zone. In addition, routes that require travelling outside of M25 will be charged based on a mileage calculation.
